Your Role
Your key responsibilities include:

- Guiding and supervising LPNs, CNAs, and support staff to ensure safe and effective nursing practices.
- Reviewing and maintaining accurate nurses' notes and documentation.
- Administering medications and treatments, starting IVs, and updating charts as needed.
- Interpreting diagnostic tests and assessing patients' conditions to provide timely, appropriate care.

Requirements
