Titusville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking to hire a qualified RN Unit Manager to join our growing team!
The RN Unit Manager oversees patients and manages the nursing team of our facility. The Unit Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for the nursing care and services provided on the assigned unit while adhering to the standards of care for assigned Residents/Patients.
Titusville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has been serving the area for over 40 years. Our facilities are located close to local hospitals. We provide post-acute services, rehabilitative services, skilled nursing, short- and long-term care through Registered Nurses. This is complemented by Therapy services, Social Services, Activities, Nutritional Services. With over 100 years of combined experience, our staff of professionals is here to meet the needs of each and every patient and resident.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Florida RN License, Required
- Proven work experience as a nursing supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of skilled nursing/long-term care procedures
- Thorough knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
- Team management skills
- Great communication and people skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
