Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases independently from start to finish.
• Conduct client consultations to provide legal guidance and assess case details.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
• Represent clients in court, including hearings and trials.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• Previous experience required.
• Proficient in legal drafting with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong academic background with a solid work ethic.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cases efficiently.
