Family and Matrimonial Law Attorney
Tiveron Law is looking for an experienced and dedicated Family and Matrimonial Law attorney to join our expanding team. We seek a motivated, collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to making a meaningful impact in the legal field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases independently from initiation to resolution.
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and correspondence.
- Handle depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparations.
- Collaborate with clients and support staff to ensure high-quality representation.
- Represent clients in court appearances.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in New York.
- 3 years of experience in matrimonial and family law preferred.
- Litigation and trial experience desirable.
- Strong academic background and work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in learning and utilizing legal software and technology.
