The Opportunity
Tixr is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy and Development to support the Chief Strategy
Officer across multiple efforts, including developing strategic growth opportunities, executing
corporate transactions, and expanding into new businesses. This is a unique opportunity to
experience strategic decision-making firsthand at the intersection of entertainment and
technology while building meaningful relationships with key executives. We are looking for
strategic critical thinkers with robust analytical skills who want to join a fast-growing,
entrepreneurial company with a talented team.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial and strategic support in evaluating and executing M&A, joint ventures,
- minority investments, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to develop market landscape overviews.
- Create detailed business plans for new growth opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive financial analysis and valuation models using a variety of valuation methodologies.
- Assist with high-profile strategic initiatives across the company.

The pay range for this role is :
100,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Tixr HQ)
