Come see how we "role".About The RoleThe Senior Product Manager helps shape and execute the product strategy of Nliven and its related offerings. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that bring real value to our clients and their customers. Reporting to the VP of Product, you'll play a hands-on role in guiding the product lifecycle from concept to launch, focusing on delivering user-centric solutions. You'll collaborate with Design, Engineering, and other teams to drive innovation while ensuring the product continues to evolve to meet business goals and customer needs.This position is full-time and fully remote. Candidates must be located within EST / CST in one of the following states : New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Minnesota, Texas, Wisconsin.About YouYou have a strong background in product management, with a passion for delivering seamless, customer-focused solutions.You excel at balancing both strategic thinking and tactical execution to bring products from concept to reality.You're experienced in working cross-functionally with engineering and design to drive product success.You thrive in data-driven environments and use metrics to guide product decisions and refine strategies.You have excellent communication skills and can effectively articulate your vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.What You'll DoLead key aspects of Nliven's product development, collaborating closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution and alignment across teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration to enhance the product development process.Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's vision, leveraging customer and stakeholder feedback to drive meaningful enhancements.Proactively identify opportunities to expand product capabilities, balancing user needs with technical feasibility, and working alongside Engineering to ensure a thoughtful approach.Partner with the Design team to iterate on prototypes and address challenges, promoting a culture of creative problem-solving and innovation.Collaborate with senior management to create product roadmaps and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the broader company goals and long-term vision.Monitor product development progress, making thoughtful adjustments as needed to meet timelines while maintaining a high level of quality.Write and maintain clear, actionable product requirements documents (PRDs), ensuring they align with product goals and are reviewed with key stakeholders.Work directly with clients to deeply understand their challenges, using these insights to inform product decisions and ensure we're solving the right problems.Manage resources and budgets effectively, delivering high-quality features while maintaining accountability for timelines and costs.Advocate for your product in cross-functional meetings, representing team contributions and driving forward initiatives that enhance customer experiences.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for the job.
