Position : Business Development Director

Overview : We are seeking a results-driven individual with a robust background in consultative sales to take on the pivotal role of Business Development Director. This dynamic position is crucial for leading a dedicated team of 5-25 Business Development Executives focused on expanding TJ Corporate Credit's SaaS memberships and consulting services. You will play a key role in building partnerships with channel partners, strategic alliances, chambers of commerce, and various associations.

  • Main Duties & Responsibilities : The Business Development Director will be instrumental in driving personal production and forging strategic partnerships, as well as leading, recruiting, and training a team of Business Development Executives. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Securing memberships through key partnerships
  • Forming alliances with state, trade, and professional institutions
  • Building collaborative relationships with chambers of commerce
  • Delivering engaging in-person and virtual presentations
  • Conducting business credit seminars for groups of business owners
  • Monitoring team performance and sales effectiveness
  • Crafting and executing innovative sales strategies
  • Overseeing the sales process via the TJ Corporate Credit Sales App
  • Facilitating productive team meetings
  • Aiming to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

    Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
