We are seeking a skilled ( skid steer ) Snow Plow Operator to join our team on a seasonal / on call basis. Operators will be on call and dispatched when it snows .

The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal from sidewalks during winter weather.

This role requires the ability to operate a skid steer safely and effectively. Skid steer experience or certification & liability insurance required

Qualifications

• Skid steer experience or certification
• Liability insurance
• Dependable to commute to Philadelphia, PA 19104
• Snow plowing : 2 years (Preferred)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, extended shifts, including nights and weekends as needed during winter storms
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Excellent attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Can pass a criminal background check (Required for some site locations)

Pay :

$60 per hour, $250 per day minimum

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction equipment
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal from sidewalks during winter weather
• This role requires the ability to operate snow plow (skid steer) equipment effectively
• Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice from sidewalks
• Respond promptly to changing winter weather conditions
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues encountered
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• Skid steer experience or certification
• Liability insurance
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, extended shifts, including nights and weekends as needed during winter storms.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, time logs and maintenance records
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time.
