Main Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a friendly smile and use AIDET in all interactions.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Accurately obtain and enter patient information into the Medical Record database.
- Perform insurance verifications and record Point of Service Payments.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Previous healthcare or Physician Practice experience preferred.
