Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a smile and use AIDET in all interactions.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Answer incoming calls timely, courteously, and professionally.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurately obtain and enter patient information into Medical Record database.
- Perform insurance verifications and record Point of Service Payments.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Previous healthcare or Physician Practice experience preferred.
