Full Time position: Office Assistant (40 hours/week) Plus Overtime if needed
Office hours:
- Hours for this position will be 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay will be based on experience.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy in all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to correspond and communicate with customers
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Good overall communication skills, teamwork spirit and fast-paced
- Flexibility when needed with regard to additional hours and duties
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Dispatch
- Fleet management
- Filing
- Typing customer and vendor invoices
- Purchase orders
- Etc.
