Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of our sushi and hibachi menu to offer drink pairing suggestions.
- Create a friendly and engaging atmosphere for guests at the bar.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor customers’ alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
