Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Injection Molding Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts, ensure quality standards are met, and support our production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Monitor and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Document production data, including quality checks and output quantities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an injection molding operator is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
