Description
The Oaks of Clearwater is seeking for a full time or part time Med Tech for our Assisted Living Facility and Memory Care Unit, a 175 bed unit. We are a 15-story site located in downtown Clearwater. Qualifications
The following are skills or required training needed to perform the essential functions of care giving of this job in the interest of residents/patients.
• 6-hour Med Tech training
EDUCATION REQUIRED
In the interest of residents/patients, Med Techs will have the preferred minimum educational background of having a high school diploma or GED equivalency.
CERTIFICATION
Applicants and employees will have successfully completed an approved Med Tech training course and be certified in this state.
EXPERIENCE
Med Techs will have six months experience working in a nursing home, hospital, home health agency, or other health care facility.
