The Oaks of Clearwater is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Tech/HVAC for our Senior Living Community in downtown Clearwater, FL. Our 15 acre campus is on a bluff overlooking Clearwater Bay. We have Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and a 60 bed Rehab Center. This position will focus on the Assisted Living & Memory Care.

Ideal candidate must be outgoing and personable & having prior Senior Living experience is a plus, but not required. Applicants with experience in senior living will be considered first.

Qualifications
Must have experience in a residential environment, preferably a full service Senior Living Community; HVAC , Electrical, Plumbing, Commercial Appliances and Apartment make ready experience is a must.

SUMMARY: Maintain heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment; to perform repairs, and preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems, evaporative coolers, electrical/mechanical controls, kitchen appliances, general plumbing throughout assigned facility including the skills to make an apartment move in ready.
