Position Summary
The Sales Counselor plays a key role in promoting The Oaks of Clearwater by connecting with prospective residents and their families, building strong relationships, and driving occupancy growth. This individual will actively engage with the local community to enhance the brand and reputation of The Oaks, while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective residents and their families to introduce The Oaks of Clearwater.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through personal contacts, referrals, and community outreach.

Tours and Consultations:
- Schedule and conduct in-person tours of the facility, showcasing the features, amenities, and care options available.
- Address inquiries and provide detailed information about services to prospective residents and their families.

Community Engagement:
- Represent The Oaks at a minimum of two local events weekly, such as expos, fairs, or networking opportunities, to promote the community and generate leads.
- Build relationships with local organizations and businesses to create referral opportunities and enhance community visibility.

Brand Building:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen The Oaks’ brand in the local area.
- Partner with the leadership team to create innovative strategies to attract prospective residents.

Sales Reporting:
- Track and report all sales activities, including calls, tours, and event participation, using the provided CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly occupancy and revenue goals as set by the Executive Director.
