We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of experience in human resources who are ready to contribute their expertise while further developing their career. The HR Generalist will support various HR functions, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, manage the J-1 Student process across all RV locations, collaborate closely with Corporate HR, and utilize ADP for HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage onboarding activities, ensuring new hires are welcomed and oriented effectively.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Wisconsin and federal privacy laws.
- Manage HR-related functions using ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Wisconsin labor laws and workplace policies, including safety and anti-discrimination measures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving workplace issues professionally.
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on HR policies and compliance topics.
- Manage the J-1 Student visa process, including compliance with visa requirements, coordination with agencies, and serving as a primary point of contact for students and site managers across all RV locations.
- Work closely with Corporate HR to align local HR practices with company-wide policies and strategies.
- Assist Corporate HR with the implementation of new initiatives, compliance audits, and process improvements.
- Participate in HR initiatives, including employee engagement and process improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in HR or a related role, with prior experience managing J-1 visa processes strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with ADP systems for payroll and HR functions is required.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
