We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing and processing HR-related data with a strong emphasis on data entry in ADP. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of human resources functions and proficiency in handling sensitive information with discretion. This person will handle all of the data entry for all new hires and focus on effectively being proficient in data entry.
This is a FT position that reports to the HR Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
- Perform data entry and maintain records in ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Manage new hire employee records.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job openings and maintaining applicant tracking in ADP.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure seamless HR operations and timely data management.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and always maintain data integrity.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist with coordination, scheduling, and logistics for employee development programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant with a strong emphasis on data entry in ADP.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An associate's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
