Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a medical/surgical setting, demonstrating compassion and expertise in various medical procedures and treatments.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and implement nursing care plans for patients in the medical/surgical unit
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reactions, and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Assist in various medical procedures including ostomy care, botulinum toxin treatment, mammography, gastric lavage, and infection control
- Provide care in outpatient settings, clinics, and critical care environments
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred
- Proficiency in home community care and aliment management
- Knowledge of clinic operations and patient assessment
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
