RN PICU

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for critically ill infants, children, and adolescents in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions and medications to pediatric patients
• Conduct health coaching and education for patients and their families
• Provide care for infants with various medical needs
• Perform phlebotomy, venipuncture, and suture removal as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Coordinate home and community care services for pediatric patients
• Manage patient care in clinic settings as well as long-term care facilities

Qualifications

• Valid RN license with PICU experience preferred
• Proficiency in IV infusion techniques and pediatric venipuncture
• Ability to suture and perform phlebotomy procedures
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Experience in home healthcare, community care, or clinic settings is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Travel nursing, Contract, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,700.00 per week
