HR Compliance Coordinator
The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.
The HR Compliance Coordinator supports HR Compliance programs, policies, and infrastructure housing communications and documents for the business.
Your Impact:
- Assist in project work with compliance partners.
- Facilitate reporting around compliance elearnings
- Prepares activities, job aids, and presentations for educational awareness.
- Liaison with third party vendors to ensure policies, posters, and educational courses are compliant.
- Assists in strategy development for HR Compliance initiatives facilitates meetings and communications and assists with other duties as necessary.
- Design and set up HR Compliance SharePoint/Teams/Project sites
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or a relevant field
- 2 years in Human Resources or related role with experience in/awareness of impact of employment laws on the work environment and associates
- Experience working highly collaborative setting with multiple level of stakeholders
- Experience and comfort working collaboratively and independently
- Demonstrates effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- High professional standards for customer service, confidentiality, and quality of work.

Actual starting pay is determined by several factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
