TJX has an opportunity for a paralegal with law firm, in-house, or government experience to support our high-volume Litigation and Regulatory team. This paralegal position will be responsible for matter intake, records and data collection, file management, and case organization. This is a hybrid position which requires 2 days per week on site at our Framingham, MA headquarters.
What You Will Do:
This paralegal position will work with the members of TJX’s Legal Department, as well as with Associates from other TJX departments, to support a variety of topics, which may include:
- Collecting records, organizing, and entering data in connection with intellectual property claims
- Coordinating with internal business clients, vendors, and outside counsel in response to notices relating to labeling or other product requirements
- Processing and responding to weights and measures notices
- Assisting with general administrative duties including data entry and mail review
- Other litigation and regulatory or administrative tasks as needed
Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional administrative experience, Paralegal certificate preferred
- Experience working with a legal team
- Comfort working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining records and following established processes
- Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously and efficiently, with an eye toward prioritization and follow up
- Comfort with technology; willingness to learn how to use IT platforms to support TJX legal needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience with CounselLink is a plus

This position has a starting pay range of $25 to $33 per hour.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
