Model Home Attendant Position
- Greet home buyers with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting visitors in finding their way around the model home.
- Announcing visitor as necessary.
- Assiting customers with color selection and entering in system
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Direct deliveries to appropriate locations
- Process sales leads and mailing brochures
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Maintaining office supply inventory and re-ordering as needed.
