TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced HRIS/Administrator Analyst in Atlanta, GA.
This role will support current and future information systems in the HR department. Individuals in the HRIS/Administrator Analyst role are responsible for supporting the relationship between TK Elevator business segments and the TKE IT organization. This role will support TK Elevator’s business by reporting, analyzing, evaluating, and refining processes within the current and future system architecture.
This role has a heavy focus on reporting and will have a close connection with most all business segments. They will collaborate with corporate, field and HR professionals to determine and deliver on the highest priority deliverables. They will take a broad perspective to determine how such solutions will impact existing work processes and systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SFEC) for North America. Administration of user roles, data security reviews and system enhancements will be the primary focus.
- Provide support, to the business, through reporting and data analysis.
- Assist mapping business procedures and with process documentation.
- Aid with maintenance of HRIS systems. ADP Enterprise Version 6 (EV6), ADP eTime, ADP General Ledger, Points North, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The main objectives of these maintenance activities will be ensuring database integrity along with security administration.
- Support employees requiring system access. SFEC, ADP mobile application and EV6 will be the primary access support focus.
- Support requests from Internal Controls, Internal Audit, third party auditors and the legal team. Assist with ad hoc requests as well.
- Assist with system audits and monitoring activities to help HRIS comply with internal and external database integrity requirements.
- Support additional duties as needed
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science. (Or equivalent work experience); SAP, SHRM, and/or CPP Certification preferred.
- Understanding of HR and Payroll operations process, preferable in large (>5,000 employee) field service organizations.
- 2 years of recent experience in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS system and ADP or similar Payroll engine.
- Demonstrated competence managing and analyzing data. This includes hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis environments.
- Experience with enterprise systems similar to SFEC, ADP and Oracle EBS.
- Ability to convey information clearly and concisely to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
