TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced National Accounts Manager- Service in Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for successfully bidding and securing new national account contracts, and developing and maintaining strong relations with existing national account customers, promoting organic growth and maintaining existing business.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Building strong customer relationships and maintaining market movement and competitor’s positions and strategies.
- Reviews proposed client contracts, carefully review with the branch all specs and labor with operations department for completeness and accuracy and ensuring that jobs will be profitable for the branch. Work closely with the branch and develop a price strategy.
- Presents bids to customers. Will need to be able to explain cost factors, while emphasizing the features and benefits of a national relationship with TKE
- Conducts customer follow-up on all RFP proposals.
- Upon customer’s acceptance, coordinates contract roll-out packages through the branch approval process and assigned national coordinator.
- Visits building sites when necessary and works with local TKE branch to ensure customer’s needs are being met along with all contractual obligations.
- Maintains strong familiarity of company products by attending company training classes and reviewing factory equipment updates and supplier goods.
- Prospects and develops new national accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report.
National Accounts Manager can expect to travel ten days out of the month.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree, required
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred
- Experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary.
- CRM systems experience.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A cultivated attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint abilities
- Background in facilitating large scale projects involving a multitude of people and documentation.
- Experience with facilities management.
