Responsible for analytics that support building and enhancing business processes working in the Business Development department, supporting Supply Chain. This role will support TK Elevator’s business by analyzing, evaluating, and refining processes while preparing for the implementation of new world class business systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develop new business strategies and business models, taking all aspects into consideration and providing insight into how these strategies will benefit the company
- Identify areas of poor performance in the company and make recommendations for improvement
- Lead the company in the execution of business strategies and internal projects to ensure the desired result is achieved quickly and effectively
- Create monthly reports of performance and success, pointing out areas in need of improvement and making recommendations
- Consider and adhere to Internal Control Standards with current and potential business solutions
- Define problem statements, analyze process, system, data and people issues and present solution options for requirements.
- Accurate and timely completion of assigned components of the detailed project/plan.
- Ability to work with limited management direction.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business. (Or equivalent work experience)
- 3 to 5 years minimum building and managing CI dept with strong proficiency in cost saving initiatives and execution.
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain planning required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Robust technical background – including reading drawings, schematics, etc. a plus
- Advanced understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes with a focus on inventory management and warehouse management and with a focus on integration points to with finance, manufacturing and logistics applications.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes, identify and understand requirements and develop alternate solutions.
- Ability to translate between technical and business language
- Ability to collaborate with other members of formal and informal groups in the pursuit of common missions, vision, values and mutual goals.
- Ability to convey information clearly and simply to senior leadership and business stakeholders. This includes good verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills that help facilitating the sharing of information between people.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management to assess business requirements, and to plan, manage and deliver stable, reliable and cost-effective solutions.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to define and organizes tasks, responsibilities and priorities. Take responsibility for timely completion of projects and activities.
- High awareness to recognize internal and external clues to help guide future direction and realize opportunities for the organization.
- Experience with reporting and data analytics applications such as MicroStrategy, Microsoft Power BI, or similar applications preferred but not required
