As a Systems Analyst at TKDA, you will collaborate with IT professionals to provide both on-site and remote technical support to a diverse group of Architects, Engineers, Planners, and Scientists.
Work Arrangement : Flexible / hybrid work arrangements (3 days in office / 2 days remote per week) will be considered for self-starter and self-sufficient professionals who have demonstrated an ability to work and / or learn successfully in a remote work environment.

Your key responsibilities will include :
- Providing desktop support, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PC hardware, software, and computer system applications.
- Setting up and configuring equipment at workstations and in conference rooms.
- Orienting others on the proper use of equipment.
- Maintaining, prioritizing, and resolving daily service requests.
- Conducting diagnostics and performing necessary application and system upgrades.
