This role involves working primarily in our Fair Lawn, NJ facility, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and handling light kitchen cleaning duties. Shifts typically run from 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals and snacks according to clinical study requirements
- Participate in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service operations
- Maintain accurate records of food preparation and inventory management
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in food service/food preparation environment preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and understand study instructions and protocols
- Physical ability to perform lifting, standing, and manual dexterity tasks
