Overview: The Vice President of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) will play a critical role in driving the strategic initiatives of our commercial real estate investment and management operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
Provide leadership and guidance to the CRE team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
2. Investment Management:
Oversee the identification, evaluation, and execution of commercial real estate investment opportunities.
Lead due diligence efforts, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
3. Portfolio Oversight:
Monitor the performance of existing assets, ensuring alignment with financial targets and strategic objectives.
Identify opportunities for value enhancement and operational efficiencies within the portfolio.
4. Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, brokers, property managers, and lenders.
Act as a primary point of contact for external partners and facilitate effective communication.
5. Financial Oversight:
Drive financial planning and analysis related to investment performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or advanced credentials (e.g., CFA, CCIM) preferred.
- Significant experience (typically 8 years) in commercial real estate investment, asset management, or related fields.
- Proven track record of successful deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
