Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Healthcare Superintendent to oversee the construction of our projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction sites and junior superintendents, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining a high level of quality. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, Healthcare Construction, with expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage company superintendent's construction projects from concept to completion, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with construction plans, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Develop and implement construction schedules, including identifying and addressing potential delays.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure effective project management.
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documenting inspections, and issues.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Utilize project management software, such as Procure, to track project progress and manage schedules.
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed in accordance with the project scope and budget.
- Foster a positive and safe work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Infection Control protocols.
- Proven Healthcare construction experience with construction site management, including project scheduling and budgeting.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with construction management software, including Procure
- Ability to effectively communicate with contractors, engineers, and architects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
