Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender/server, you will be responsible for creating and serving food & beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders during busy service periods.
• Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling practices.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for events or special functions as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender, server in fine dining, or catering environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• A background in hospitality or sales is beneficial for understanding guest needs and enhancing their experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 6 – 25 per week
