Description
The maintenance person is responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the hotel’s physical infrastructure. This role includes overseeing the repair, maintenance, and improvement of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural elements. The maintenance person ensures compliance with safety regulations and standards, manages a team of maintenance staff, and coordinates with other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications

Working knowledge of applicable mechanical systems.

CPO certified or will take CPO exam within 60 days of hire

Can communicate well with guests.

Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.

Must be able to provide outstanding customer service to internal and external guests.

Must have knowledge of departmental operations.
