As an entry-level production associate in our Plotter department at TKO you will be working throughout our Plotter department doing various tasks. You will be expected to complete tasks within established time frames and quality standards, while adhering to safety policies. This role will be at our location in Plainfield, IN.
What will you be responsible for?
- Assisting your assigned department with their daily tasks
- Clean and maintain work area
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
What are we looking for in you?

- Attention to Detail – The ability to read and understand business documents such as job folders, packing lists, shipping manifests, and instructions
- Physical ability to efficiently operate all hand tools used in the department such as cutters, straight edge, and squeegees
- Physical ability to handle lengthy periods of time on your feet and able to lift 50lbs on your own.
- Ability to use basic computer skills to get work done
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume work environment
- Ability to work overtime (when needed)
- This is a entry-level role in a manufacturing environment. We provide all training!
