Banquet Server

Job Title: Banquet Server (Part-Time)
Pay: Starting at $18.75/hour
Expected Hours: 20–40 hours per week
Shift Availability: 4-hour, 8-hour, day, evening, morning, and night shifts
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of banquet or hospitality experience

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Banquet Servers to join our events team. This position is essential to ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests during weddings, corporate functions, and other special events. The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to every event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and arrange banquet tables, chairs, and dining areas according to event plans and layouts

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously throughout events

• Clear dishes and bus tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area

• Keep the service area clean and well-organized at all times

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including transporting supplies and equipment

• Support other team members and assist with additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality preferred

• Knowledge of banquet operations and event service procedures is a plus

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail

• Positive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
