What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at TKO StaffPros, LLC?
We are seeking for a Barback for our client located in Memphis, TN. Multiple shifts available.Weekend and holiday availability required. Starting pay is $15 an hour. Previous experience is required. Bilingual is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
• Restocking liquor bottles and changing out kegs.
• Learning cocktail recipes as well as other menu options.
• Cleaning bar and table surfaces before, after, and throughout the shift.
• Wiping down chairs and any other areas as needed.
• Removing and disposing of bags from trash cans in and around the bar area.
• Removing used glassware as well as other utensils from customers’ table during their stay.
• Sweeping and mopping in and around bar service areas, also in customer common areas.
• Answering customer questions and escalating customer complaints to the appropriate staff member.
• Assisting bartenders with taking customer orders and processing orders in the point-of-sale system as needed.
• Stocking bar items as needed (this may include restocking for bar opening or closing).
• Ensuring that taps, coolers, and other appliances like blenders or coffee makers are working properly; troubleshooting simple malfunctions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Barback in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary : $15
