Maintenance Supervisor
1st shift
Hourly Position
$28-$32
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team, to plan preventative and corrective maintenance of our facilities and equipment and ensure safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities, assign tasks based on priority level.
- Address urgent maintenance issues and coordinate repairs during critical situations.
- Lead the maintenance team by offering guidance and actively participating in hands-on tasks when needed.
- Identify root causes of maintenance issues and develop solutions to resolve them.
- Enforce safety rules and procedures.
- Other duties assigned by Plant Manager.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, associate degree or higher preferred
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and experience with ERP systems
- Ability to coach and motivate employees
- Ability to work efficiently with team
