THE BASICS
Pay: We provide a competitive hourly wage of $20 - $25, based on experience.
Schedule: This bookkeeping position works a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am. to 5 pm.

YOUR DAY AS AN ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST - BOOKKEEPER
As an Accounting Specialist - Bookkeeper, your day is filled with a variety of essential finance tasks that keep the business running smoothly. You start by processing payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time. Then, you tackle payables and receivables, keeping track of incoming and outgoing payments. You also handle job costing throughout the day, ensuring all expenses are correctly allocated to the right projects. - Thorough knowledge in and experience with accounting and bookkeeping
- Experience using QuickBooks programs
