DAY-TO-DAY AS A BILLING AND ACCOUNTING CLERK
While working in this finance position with our painting company, you can expect to work Monday through Friday, 8 am. to 5 pm.
As a Billing and Accounting Clerk, you're at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your time is spent processing payroll, guaranteeing that every employee receives accurate and timely pay. You also manage incoming and outgoing payments, handling accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, you track job costs, ensuring all expenses are properly assigned to the right projects. With a keen eye for detail, you keep our financial records up to date, supporting the business's success and growth.
Here's what you need to become our Billing and Accounting Clerk:
- Thorough knowledge in and experience with accounting and bookkeeping
- Experience using QuickBooks programs
- Keen understanding of universally accepted accounting principles & practices
