What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you’ll be the voice of our company, engaging with customers through phone, email, and chat to provide top-notch service and sales support. Your goal? Your Day-to-Day:
- Engage with customers to provide an unforgettable experience through positive, solution-focused interactions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with energy, professionalism, and personality.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to drive sales and satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every customer feels supported.
- Work collaboratively with a team that feels more like friends and family than coworkers.
- Stay sharp by keeping up with product knowledge, promotions, and best practices.
- Hone in on sales skills and top-level consultative approaches
