What are the responsibilities and job description for the Morning Shift Caregiver position at TLC Care Services?
TLC Care Services -
Hourly rate : $16.50 - $19.00 (Depends on Experience and Certifications)
We are looking to hire dedicated and compassionate caregivers in the Fairbanks, North Pole, and Fort Wainwright area for Weekend work. We need someone who is a fast learner, adaptable to clients' change in care needs, compassionate, empathetic, patient, pays attention to detail, and is an effective communicator. Care needs for clients vary, some need assistance with chores and errands. Others may require those same needs but may also require personal care. Companionship is key in-home care, especially during this pandemic.
There is a performance evaluation done at the end of the first 90 days of employment. If by the end of that period work performance and work ethic are outstanding, you will receive your first raise . There will be more training available at the end of those 90 days as well which gives room for further advancement.
