About the Role
The Residential Counselor will administer discipline and set limits for behavior, notation of the youth's progress, including identification of the possible need for professional services and communication of such findings to professional staff. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to drive and transport youth, with an acceptable driving record and valid California driver's license.
