TLC is looking for a skilled graphic designer to communicate our brand through visual media.
Our ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in providing graphic design in a professional setting, preferably in the A/E/C industry. This person will be responsible for producing a wide range of digital and print materials for sales and recruitment objectives and will contribute to our company's graphics strategy.

Primary Responsibilities
- Creation of digital and print marketing, page layout, graphic design, video production and advertising that translate complex subject matter into visuals while maintaining the firm’s brand consistency.
- Development of creative campaigns
- Working with marketing and technical staff on specific graphics projects
- Understanding of the A/E/C industry, including the capabilities of TLC Engineering Solutions and individual employees
- Staying current with new technology and design approaches
- Take direction from written and spoken ideas and use their creative talent to convert them into visually pleasing designs.
- 3 years of graphic design and video compilation and editing
- Experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in graphic design, art direction or other related discipline
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Template development
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changes.
- Experience working in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in AfterEffects or PremierPro is a plus
