TLC Family Care is hiring dependable and compassionate babysitters to join our growing team in Newport News and Virginia Beach, VA! Pay Rates (with infant experience & no pet restrictions):
- $20/hr for 1–2 children
- $21/hr for 3 children
- $22/hr for 4 children
Pay Rates (without infant experience or with pet limitations):
- $18/hr for 1–2 children
- $19/hr for 3 children
- $20/hr for 4 children

Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times
- Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities
- Assist with meals, diapering, and naps as needed
- Communicate with parents and provide updates
- Keep play and care areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of childcare experience (with 2 childcare references)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- A minimum commitment of 3 months
