Your Role
- Prioritize Safety – Keep kids secure, engaged, and content.
- Create Fun Experiences – Plan enjoyable, age-appropriate activities.
- Provide Daily Support – Help with meals, naps, and diaper changes.
- Communicate with Parents – Share updates and key details.
- Stay Organized – Keep play areas neat and tidy.
What We’re Looking For
- Childcare Experience – Minimum of one year (babysitting, nannying, or daycare) with two references.
- Reliable Transportation – A valid driver’s license and your own car.
- CPR & First Aid Certification – Or willingness to get certified before your start date.
- Strong Communication Skills – Keep families informed with ease.
- Commitment – Available for at least three months.
