Pay & Perks
With infant experience & no pet restrictions:
- $20/hr for 1–2 kids, $21/hr for 3, $22/hr for 4.
Without infant experience or with pet limitations:
- $18/hr for 1–2 kids, $19/hr for 3, $20/hr for 4.

Your Role
- Prioritize Safety: Keep children secure, happy, and engaged.
- Create Fun: Plan enjoyable, age-appropriate activities.
- Provide Daily Care: Handle meals, diaper changes, and nap schedules.
- Update Parents: Share daily reports and address concerns.
- Stay Organized: Keep play areas neat and tidy.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: At least 1 year of babysitting, nannying, or daycare (2 childcare references required).
- Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle.
- Certification: CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before starting).
- Communication Skills: Comfortable updating parents via text.
- Commitment: Minimum of 3 months.
