What You'll Do
- Prioritize Safety: Ensure a secure, happy, and engaging environment for kids.
- Make It Fun: Plan and lead age-appropriate, educational, and entertaining activities.
- Provide Daily Care: Assist with meals, diaper changes, and nap times.
- Keep Parents in the Loop: Share updates on the day’s activities and any concerns.
- Stay Organized: Maintain a clean and tidy play space.
What You’ll Need
- Childcare Experience: At least 1 year of babysitting, nannying, or daycare work (2 childcare references required).
- Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license and your own dependable vehicle.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to get certified before starting).
- Strong Communication: Comfortable keeping families informed via text.
- Commitment: Available for at least 3 months.
