What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take care of children, including babies and toddlers, with lots of attention and compassion.
• Keep kids safe, engaged, and entertained with fun and educational activities.
• Help with daily routines like meals, naps, and bedtime.
• Communicate openly with parents about how things are going.
• Have your CPR certification ready and a valid driver’s license for transportation when needed.

Pay & Perks:

With infant experience & no pet restrictions:

• $20/hr for 1–2 kids, $21/hr for 3, and $22/hr for 4.
• Without infant experience or with pet limitations:
• $18/hr for 1–2 kids, $19/hr for 3, and $20/hr for 4.Other perks include:

How It Works:

• Set your schedule: You decide when you want to work.
• Get matched: We’ll pair you with shifts based on your availability and experience.
• Update your availability: Just use the TLC calendar to show when you’re free.

Your Schedule:

• When: 2–5 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• You’re 18 or older.
• You’ve got infant experience.
• You’re comfortable working with kids and adults.
• You’re okay with working in homes with pets.
• You’ve got 2 references (not family) who can vouch for your childcare experience.
• You’ve worked as a nanny, babysitter, daycare provider, or teacher.
• You have a driver’s license and a reliable car.
• You’re great at texting for updates and scheduling.
• You can commit to at least 3 months.

If You’re Hired:

• You’ll need to prove your legal work status in the U.S.
• Have or get your CPR and First Aid certification for kids and adults before starting.
• Complete an online orientation to help you feel prepared and confident.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
