Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage charges in educational and recreational activities to promote development.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal prep and transportation.
- Maintain open communication with families about children’s progress and any concerns.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rates:
- $20/hour for 1–2 dependents, $21/hour for 3, and $22/hour for 4.
- Bonuses & Incentives: Occasional bonuses and travel incentives.
- Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every week.
- Overtime Pay: Time and a half for hours over 40 per week.
- Holiday Pay: Additional pay for most nationally observed holidays.
- Paid Time Off: Earn 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked.
- Health Care: Access to $0 primary care telehealth and health care advocate services.
- 401(k): Matching after 1 year and 1,000 hours worked.
Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: At least 1 year of childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, daycare, etc.) with 2 verifiable references.
- Certification: Willing to obtain Child, Infant, & Adult CPR and First Aid certification before starting.
- Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Commitment: Ability to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
- Communication: Comfortable using texting for updates and availability.
- Willingness: Open to working with both children and adults, as well as homes with pets.
