At TLC for Kids, we’ll help you grow your skills while supporting families as they balance work and home life. Whether you’re planning fun activities, caring for little ones, or lending a hand to seniors, your work makes a big impact.

Your Schedule

• Work 3–5 days per month (usually Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday).
• Shifts typically run from 7/8 AM to 5/6 PM (some days may be shorter).

What We’re Looking For

• Age: Must be 18 .
• Experience: At least 1 year of childcare experience (babysitting, daycare, nannying). Infant experience required.
• Strong Communicator: You’re great at texting updates and managing your schedule.
• Driver’s License and Vehicle: A must for the job.
• Commitment: A minimum of 3 months.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide safe, loving care for children of all ages.
• Plan fun, educational activities that promote growth and development.
• Communicate clearly with families and your team.
• Ensure kids are always in a safe, positive environment.

Before You Start

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Child, Infant, and Adult CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified—we can help!).
• Complete an online orientation before your first shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

• Do you have your own vehicle that you will drive to and from work? (Locations may change daily and you may not always know the location until we inform you.)
• Can you provide at least 2 child care references outside of your family whom we can speak with?
• Can you commit to 2-5 days during the week (Monday-Friday) or (Friday Saturday & Sunday)? Between 7am-6pm?
• Are you willing to get Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification?
