TLC Kids Therapy is a high-volume, upbeat pediatric therapy clinic dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and families. We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic administrative team and support our clinicians in delivering exceptional care.

At TLC Kids Therapy, we provide Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy (ABA) services in a safe and child-friendly environment. Our mission is to positively impact every family who walks through our doors.

What We Are Looking For :

âÂœÂ Strong multitasking and organizational skills

âÂœÂ Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently

âÂœÂ Excellent communication, presentation, and telephone etiquette

âÂœÂ Friendly and professional demeanor; enjoys working with children and families

âÂœÂ Adaptability and ability to work well in a team environment

âÂœÂ Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus!)

âÂœÂ Knowledge of HIPAA compliance

âÂœÂ Pediatric or medical office experience (preferred but not required-we're happy to train the right candidate!)

âÂœÂ Bilingual in English & Spanish (a plus!)

Key Responsibilities :

ðÂŸÂ”¹ Reception & Front Desk Management

Ensure the reception area is welcoming and fully operational at the start of each day
Greet families and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude and direct visitors to the appropriate services or team members

ðÂŸÂ”¹ Scheduling & Administrative Support

Efficiently schedule multidisciplinary therapy appointments

Check-in new patients and assist families in completing necessary forms

Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to inquiries professionally

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with office protocols

ðÂŸÂ”¹ Billing & Insurance Coordination

Collect copays and deductibles based on insurance benefits

Verify insurance information and assist with basic billing inquiries
